As part of the INITIATION Project – Digital Transformation and Green Transition of Higher Education Institutions (Project No. 101237566), our partner UNYT successfully organised a Focus Group Discussion on 7 April 2026.
The workshop brought together academics, students, and representatives from Deloitte Albania, OMEGA AL (associate partner to the project), and DigitSapiens, fostering dialogue on labour market needs, future skills for the digital and green transition, university–industry collaboration, and opportunities for research and innovation partnerships.
Discussions focused on digital transformation, sustainable infrastructure, curriculum innovation, skills development, and the long-term sustainability of higher education institutions. The insights gathered during the event will contribute directly to Work Package 2 – State of the Art and Strategic Recommendations Roadmap, supporting the development of recommendations for the digital and green transformation of higher education institutions.
