From 25–26 November 2025, partners of the INITIATION Project (No. 101237566) gathered for a two-day online kick-off meeting, hosted by Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. The meeting brought together consortium members from across the Balkan region and Europe, marking the official start of a collaborative journey. Partners introduced their institutions, aligned on the project’s objectives, and discussed the implementation roadmap.
INITIATION aims to support Higher Education Institutions in Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina in advancing their digital and green transition through capacity-building, training activities, mobilities, and joint initiatives. The consortium includes:

This strong start, built on shared commitment and dynamic collaboration, sets the tone for the next phases of INITIATION. The consortium looks forward to working closely together to achieve meaningful and lasting impact.
